To facilitate and promote on-going communication of social actors with Governments of the Hemisphere, thus contributing to a more participatory preparatory process for the Fifth Summit of the Americas (Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago, April 17-19, 2009).

Through the Summits of the Americas Virtual Platform (SVP).

With the collaboration and participation of the Specialists from the OAS Department of Sustainable Development.
